We do our best to ship your order the same business day we receive it. Our mail pickup is around 1 PM Eastern Time on Monday to Saturday. Generally, orders received before 11 AM go out same day.
With that being said, we have no guarantee on our processing times. We ask that you allow us two to three business days to process your order before contacting us about the processing time. During peak times, your processing time could be as many as three or more business days.
If we think your order will take more than three business days to process, we will contact you and explain why it will take that long.
Sunday does not count as a business day.
Shipping Times and Options
We ship all orders through USPS.
We have two options: USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. All orders will be assigned a tracking number for you to track through USPS.com. You will get an email confirming your order, then another email with your tracking number once the order ships.
First Class generally arrives in 1 to 5 business days.
Priority generally arrives in 1 to 3 business days.
Neither of these shipping options have a guaranteed transit time or delivery date. USPS does not guarantee these times and neither do we.
If you need a guaranteed shipping time or delivery date, you must contact us first. We can offer other options such as UPS or Fedex, but this must be arranged before you place your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once your order is scanned by USPS (or other shipper, if applicable), it is out of our hands. In certain cases, we may reship your package if it is lost in transit, but that is handled on a case by case basis.
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
If your order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for replacing your order. Anything that happens to your order after it is marked as delivered is the responsibility of the buyer. All reports of missing packages can be reported to us via phone calls or using the form below.
